TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

  1. Upon commissioning the artist, you agree to the Terms of Service listed.

  2. By default, the commission process may be streamed on Twitch (twitch.tv/kyirasm). The client may opt out of this by notifying the artist beforehand.

  3. The artist has the right to refuse commission requests.

  4. Up to 3 revisions are allowed. Any revisions after 3 will cost additional fees. Once the artwork is finalized and delivered, no more revisions can be made.

  5. Updates will be done through the sketch, lineart and rendering stages. The artist needs approval from the client before proceeding with the next stages. The artist will give updates through Twitter DMs, email or Discord. The client can also request for updates.

  6. The artist can accept a maximum of three (3) characters for bust, and two (2) characters for waist.

  7. Commission will take up to two (2) to five (5) weeks, depending on the artist's schedule. Any delays will be communicated with the client.

  8. Artworks will be sent in A5 size, 300dpi, .JPEG and .PNG. unless specified in the commission listing.

COPYRIGHT

  1. The client's artwork is for personal use only. The client is required to give proper credit to the artist (Twitter, Instagram) when posting the artwork on the clients’ social media.

  2. The artist holds rights to any artworks commissioned by the client. The artist can post WIPs/finished artworks on social media and portfolio purposes, unless requested beforehand.

  3. NO REUSING THE ARTWORK FOR COMMERCIAL USES. The artist does not allow the artwork to be sold or reproduced for commercial purposes (stickers, prints, etc.)

  4. **NO NFT/CRYPTOCURRENCY. ** The artist does not allow minting of the artwork into any type of cryptocurrency/NFT/any platform that utilizes blockchains.

  5. NO AI. The artist does not allow their artwork to be fed into any AI art training softwares or programs.

PAYMENT

  1. The commission must be paid upfront or with a 50% down payment if the total is over 50 USD. The remaining 50% should be paid before the delivery of the final files.

  2. The modes of payment are the following: Paypal Invoice for international clients, GCash and BPI Bank Transfer for PH clients.

  3. No refunds unless the artist cannot complete the commission for any reason; or if the client or artist breaches the Terms of Service.
